How do I send prescriptions?
We accept prescriptions through:

• Secure portal upload or API (for telemedicine partners)

We also integrate with popular telehealth EMRs for streamlined prescribing.

How quickly are prescriptions filled?
Most compounded medications are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Urgent orders can be prioritized for same-day processing when needed.

Do you offer private-label or white-label programs?
Yes. Foothills partners with telemedicine brands, clinics, and physicians to create custom, brand-labeled formulations and turnkey white-label fulfillment across all 50 states.

Can I collaborate on new formulations?
Absolutely. Our formulation team works directly with prescribers to design custom compounds based on therapeutic goals, stability, and patient experience. You’ll receive full formulation data and support with prescribing guidance.

Do you offer clinical support for prescribers?
Yes. Our clinical pharmacists provide one-on-one support for dosing, formulation selection, and patient-specific adjustments. We also offer reference materials and prescribing guides for partner clinics.

How do I enroll as a prescriber?

Once verified, you’ll receive e-script setup instructions, sample order templates, and a dedicated clinical contact.

How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or text with tracking details once your medication leaves our facility. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days.

Can I request a refill online?
Yes. Visit “For Patients” to request a refill. You’ll need your prescription number and basic contact information.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Most compounded prescriptions are not covered by insurance, but we provide itemized receipts for potential reimbursement.

Can Foothills ship to my state?
Yes — Foothills Professional Pharmacy is licensed in all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
